CREATIVITY Whenever you are trying to come up with something new or creative, don’t just think about “what am I going to do?” Think about “how should I think about this?” How should I be approaching this? Don’t be afraid to think out of the box. Don’t be afraid to think of a crazy idea. BUT, we don’t do all ideas. The best ideas are #6, #7, and #8, but we normally stop at #2 and #3. Wrestle through the bad ideas to get to a good one.
